Parameters Details Description
start_date Optional String Start date in Y-m-d format. Defaults to 30 days ago if omitted.
end_date Optional String End date in Y-m-d format. Defaults to today if omitted.
type Optional String Allowed values: overview, realtime, paths, landing_paths, exit_paths, referrers, referrer_paths, social_media_referrers, search_engines_referrers, ai_referrers, screen_resolutions, utms_source, utms_medium_campaign, operating_systems, os_versions, device_types, continents, countries, regions, cities, browser_names, browser_versions, browser_languages, browser_timezones, themes, goals, hours, weekdays, visitor_types, visit_frequency, pages_per_visit, outbound_clicks, outbound_clicks_paths
visitor_types requires advanced tracking and returns HTTP 400 for lightweight tracking. Counts unique visitors with sessions starting in the selected date range. New visitors were first recorded during that range; returning visitors were first recorded before its start. Each visitor is counted once.
visit_frequency requires advanced tracking and returns HTTP 400 for lightweight tracking. Groups visitors by sessions starting within the selected date range. Buckets are 1, 2, 3-5, 6-10, 11-20, and 21+, in that order. Each visitor appears once. All buckets are returned, including zero counts.
pages_per_visit requires advanced tracking and returns HTTP 400 for lightweight tracking. Groups sessions starting within the selected date range by their stored pageview counts, including the landing page and repeat pageviews. Counts cover each complete session, including pageviews outside the selected dates. Returns bucket and sessions. Buckets are 1, 2, 3, 4-5, 6-10, 11-20, and 21+, in that order. All buckets are returned, including zero counts.
os_versions and browser_versions require advanced tracking. Supply os_name or browser_name respectively. Counts unique visitors with sessions starting in the selected date range, grouped by the version saved on their visitor profile. Undetected versions are returned as null. Lightweight tracking returns HTTP 400.
exit_paths requires advanced tracking and returns HTTP 400 for lightweight tracking. Groups the last pageview of each session in the selected date range by path, with pageviews and bounces counts.
social_media_referrers, search_engines_referrers, and ai_referrers return referrer and pageviews counts using the same source groups as the dashboard. Advanced tracking also includes bounces.
